We guarantee the quality of our custom-printed clothing items. If you receive a damaged product or encounter a manufacturing error, please contact us within ten business days with the following details:

  • Your order number and the email address used for shipping information.
  • Clear photos of the affected item(s), clearly showing the issue.

For issues affecting multiple products with the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation.

2. Sizing, Color, and Change of Mind

Due to the unique nature of our print-on-demand service, returns and exchanges are not supported if the customer ordered the wrong size or color, or simply changed their mind. We print each product exclusively for you, and as such, it’s crucial to review your order carefully before confirming the purchase.

3. Refund Process

If your claim is approved for a damaged product or manufacturing error, we will offer a free replacement or a refund. Refunds will be issued to your Dreamteeshirt.com account balance, and you can withdraw this amount to transfer it back to the original payment method.

4. Unsuccessful Delivery

In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, options include choosing a replacement with an additional charge or opting for a partial refund.

5. Print Placement Tolerance

For DTG (Direct-to-Garment) products, please be aware of a tolerance of 0.5″ for print placement. Minor variations in the placement of the print within this tolerance will not be considered as defects.
